Asvini Keerawella

Asvini brings over a decade of experience in strategic planning, program management, and operational leadership, with a strong focus on cleantech and sustainability. At Mantle Developments, she oversees the growth and operational strategies that drive impactful decarbonization initiatives in the built environment.

Prior to joining Mantle, Asvini led high-performing teams at MaRS Discovery District, where she developed and scaled entrepreneurship programs, including the Women in Cleantech Challenge. These programs supported over 100 startups in scaling operations and achieving ambitious growth targets. She also led partnerships that secured $30 million in funding to advance innovation and sustainability.
Asvini’s experience spans building structured frameworks to optimize resources, enhancing stakeholder collaboration, and implementing systems to scale businesses efficiently. Her commitment to addressing the climate crisis aligns with Mantle’s mission to transform the real estate sector into a more sustainable and resilient industry.

Holding an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, Asvini combines strategic acumen with a passion for fostering impactful change.
