Strategies for Low Carbon Concrete: Primer for Federal Government Procurement

This primer was developed to assist government officials to better understand the numerous strategies that can be used to reduce the embodied carbon of concrete, many of which can be accomplished for no additional cost and with minimal performance impacts. These strategies will be used to update procurement policies and procedures towards the goal of lowering embodied carbon from concrete in government construction.
