Embodied carbon management for office interiors renovation

We supported the low-carbon renovation of the Bentall Centre in downtown Vancouver through:

1. Developing an embodied carbon procurement strategy and compared the embodied carbon of product alternatives under consideration against a baseline scenario which we created.Currently, the project is on track for a 20% reduction against a typical baseline.
2. Developed a low embodied carbon tenant fit-out guide that educates and equips tenants to decarbonize their space’s carbon footprint.
3. Conducted a LEED v4.1 Interior Design & Construction feasibility study.
