LEED Certification Management for Four YMCA Community Centres

We are project managing the LEED certification at four YMCA community centres in the Greater Toronto Area. We are responsible for ensuring all LEED requirements are adopted by design and construction team members, and will be submitting all final LEED documentation.

1. Steve and Sally Stavro Family YMCA at 907 Kingston Road, Toronto – LEED Platinum certified.
2. The YMCA at the Braley Vaughan Centre at 200 Apple Mill Rd, Vaughan – LEED Platinum certified.
3. The McDonald Family YMCA at 501 Richmond Street West, Toronto – LEED certification pending.
4. Bridletowne Neighbourhood Centre YMCA at 1355 Bridletowne Circle, Scarborough – LEED certification pending
